Business1-zoned site up for grabs at Yishun Avenue 9

The tender will close on 26 September and will accept at least $14.2m bid price.

In a release, the Urban Redevelopment Authority (URA) has launched the site at Yishun Avenue 9 (Parcel 6) for sale by public tender.

The land parcel was made available for sale through the Reserve List system on 7 December 2011. On 14 August 2012, URA announced that it had received an application from a developer to put up the land parcel for tender. The developer has committed to bid at a price of not less than $14,200,000 for the land parcel in the public tender.

The land parcel has a site area of about 1.2 ha and a maximum permissible gross plot ratio of 2.5. Zoned for Business 1 development, the site will have a lease period of 30 years.

The tender for the site will close at 12 noon on 26 September 2012. Selection of the successful tenderer will be based on the tendered land price only. Any tender below the minimum bid price of $14,200,000 will not be considered.

A NOTE FROM SINGAPORE BUSINESS REVIEW

If you've been wondering whether SBR could work for your company — yes, probably.

A lot of the companies we partner with started as readers. They'd been following our coverage for a while, saw their own customers and competitors in it, and eventually asked the obvious question: could we do something with you? The answer is usually yes. The shape of it depends on what you're trying to do.

The options are broader than most people assume — thought leadership articles, sponsored content, industry summits across Southeast Asia, regional awards programmes, podcasts, and media placements in print and digital. Some partners use one channel; most use a mix. We figure out the right combination by starting with your brief, not with our rate card.

So if the question has been on your mind, here's the easy way to ask it.

We'll tell you honestly whether we can help, and how. It's a better use of everyone's time.
