Final 91 apartments in Metro Residences to go on sale

To date, 462 apartments have been sold in the earlier stages, according to CBRE.

The apartments in the Metro Residences at Chatswood will be offered for sale this weekend, beginning April 16 2011.

These apartments will be two, three and four-bedroom skyhomes and penthouses on the upper 18 levels of the Metro Grand - the highest of the three towers to be built above the Transport Interchange in Sydney's Chatswood district.

Metro Grand is the final phase of a trio of towers.

Darien Bradshaw, Executive Director, International Project Marketing, who is marketing Metro Residences said “Building on the strong momentum since the first launch, we are taking the project to a few locations in Asia including Hong Kong, Malaysia and Singapore. Asia has been instrumental in driving the high sales volume for Metro Residences since day 1.”

“There is overwhelming demand for Metro Grand because it will be the highest residential building on the North Shore,” said Mr Milton. “Many buyers are from surrounding buildings who are upgrading to the Metro Residences, knowing that it will be the most sought-after address in Chatswood."

Construction of the three Metro towers is schedule to start in June.

A NOTE FROM SINGAPORE BUSINESS REVIEW

If you've been wondering whether SBR could work for your company — yes, probably.

A lot of the companies we partner with started as readers. They'd been following our coverage for a while, saw their own customers and competitors in it, and eventually asked the obvious question: could we do something with you? The answer is usually yes. The shape of it depends on what you're trying to do.

The options are broader than most people assume — thought leadership articles, sponsored content, industry summits across Southeast Asia, regional awards programmes, podcasts, and media placements in print and digital. Some partners use one channel; most use a mix. We figure out the right combination by starting with your brief, not with our rate card.

So if the question has been on your mind, here's the easy way to ask it.

We'll tell you honestly whether we can help, and how. It's a better use of everyone's time.
