Sturdee Road residential site awarded to SL Capital

For a its bid of $181.2m.

The Urban Redevelopment Authority (URA) has awarded the tender for the residential site at Sturdee Road to SL Capital.

SL Capital submitted a bid of $181.2m, which translates to $8,470.34 per square metre.

The land parcel has a 99-year lease term and was launched for tender on 10 February 2015. Tender closed on 24 March.
