Tender closed for residential site at Serangoon Garden Way

The top tendered sale price was $105m by Sunmaster Holdings Pte Ltd and Garden Estates Limited for the 28,401 sqm site.

The Urban Redevelopment Authority closed the tender for the residential site at Serangoon Garden Way today.

The site at Serangoon Garden Way was launched for public tender on 21 June 2011. The site was offered for sale on a 99-year lease.

A decision on the award of the tender will be made after the bids have been evaluated.
