Who won the Mount Vernon Road tender?

URA announces the winning consortium to the residential site and the final tendered price.

Intrepid Investments Pte Ltd., Sunmaster Holdings Pte. Ltd. and TID Residential Pte. Ltd. topped the bidding with a tendered price of $388,106,106, said the Urban Redevelopment Authority in a release, and has been awarded the 99-year lease.

Mount Vernon Road has a site area of 20,810.9 sq.m. with a maximum gross floor area of 72,839 sq.m. This amounts to a bid of $5,328.27 per sq.m. of gross floor area.
