5 best selling residential projects in August

One Dusun Residences topped the sales chart.

According to Orange Tee Research,  One Dusun Residences, a freehold mixed-use development by LVND Homes Pte Ltd dominated the sales charts in August.

This project, with a 2 storey retail mall and a total of 154 residential units designed for SOHO living, sold 153 units at a median price of $1,532psf (99% sold out of the total 154 units).

Orange Tee notes that the key draws to this project include it being: (i) a rare freehold mixed-used development within the Balestier- Thomson vicinity (ii) near to Novena MRT and the upcoming Thomson Line, and (iii) close proximity to retail and commercial amenities.

Other projects that performed well are Parc Olympia, Bartley Residences,  V On Shenton and Flo Residence. Except for One Dusun Residences, all  other 4 projects were launched in the previous months.

Parc Olympia soldan additional 110 units (total 486 units) at a median price of $870 psf; Bartley Residences sold an additional 70 units (200 units launched, total 702 units) at a median price of $1,246 psf; V On Shenton sold an  additional 65 units (of 65 units launched, total 510 units) at a median price of $2,019 psf; Flo Residence sold an additional 62 units (67 units launched, total 530 units) at a median price of $843psf
