Adventus signs 25-year hotel management deal with IHG Vietnam

IHG will manage Adventus’ hotel in Danang, Vietnam.

Adventus Holdings (Adventus), through its unit, Regis Bay Vietnam Investment Joint-Stock Company entered into a hotel management agreement (HMA) with InterContinental Hotels Group Vietnam (IHG Vietnam).

Under the HMA, IHG Vietnam will provide management and technical services to Adventus’ hotel in Danang, Vietnam.

The HMA will have an initial term of 25 years from 31 December, with an option to renew.

The HMA follows Adventus’ decision to transition the hotel from the current self-managed arrangement through its unit, Bay Hospitality, which has been managing the hotel since August 2023.

The agreement is not expected to have any material impact on the earnings per share and net tangible assets per share of Adventus for FY2024.
