APAC Realty profit triples in 2025 as new home sales surge 113%
2025 profit reached $20.5m, supported by 12,445 new private unit sales even as HDB resale fell.
APAC Realty reported a 214% increase in profit after tax for FY2025 to $20.5m as revenue from new home sales more than doubles, according to its financial statement.
The company's overall revenue climbed 20.4% to $675.6m, with new private residential sales accounting for $230.2m, a 113.3% year-on-year increase. Resale and rental revenue, meanwhile, fell to $437.8m. Gross profit increased 39.6% to $70.0m.
The board recommended a final dividend of 1.8 cents per share. Total dividend for FY2025 was 4.05 cents per share, with a yield of 6.3% based on a closing share price of $0.64 on 20 February 2026.
Operating cash flow was $30.2m, with a year-end cash balance of $50.4m whilst earnings per share were 5.44 cents.
APAC Realty said the Singapore private residential market sold 12,445 new units in 2025, up 61.7% from 7,696 units in 2024.
Private resale transactions rose to 15,677 from 15,481, whilst HDB resale transactions fell to 26,169 from 28,986.
The URA All-Residential Property Price Index increased 3.3%, and HDB resale prices rose 2.9%.
At year-end, 16,193 unsold private units had planning approval, with 16,940 units from Government Land Sales sites awaiting approval.
ERA Singapore projected 2026 new home sales of 9,000–10,000 units and private resale transactions of 13,000–14,000 units.
Regional operations contributed $19.8m in revenue, up from $9.3m in FY2024.
APAC Realty operates in 14 Asia Pacific countries and territories with over 21,900 advisors.
ERA Singapore had 8,427 salespersons as of 1 January 2026 and acted as marketing agent for 27 new residential developments comprising 12,773 units in FY2025.
Its 2026 pipeline includes 23 projects totaling more than 11,800 units.
ERA Singapore conducted its second “My Dream Home Survey” with Ngee Ann Polytechnic and expanded AI functions in its SALES+ digital platform across more than 20 features during 2025, according to the company.
