CapitaLand achieves 92% bookings for The Senique Hanoi in preview

It is CLD's fourth sales launch in 2024.

CapitaLand Development (CLD) achieved 92% of new bookings for The Senique Hanoi in Vietnam in its preview weekend.

The Senique Hanoi, developed with Mitsubishi Estate and Nomura, comprises three 37-storey towers with 2,150 units ranging from one- to four-bedroom layouts, including duplexes and penthouses.

The residential development is CLD's fourth sales launch in 2024.

Recently, CLD also achieved bookings of 694 units or 90% of Sycamore, Orchard Hill.
