Capitaland to build Singapore Science Park's first residential development

The property comprises 343 units across two 24-storey towers.

CapitaLand Development (CLD), the development arm of  CapitaLand Group, launched LyndenWoods, the first residential development within the Singapore Science Park (SSP).

The property comprises 343 units across two 24-storey towers, with units ranging from 635 square feet (sq ft) for a two-bedroom unit to 1,647 sq ft for a four-bedroom unit.

All units have smart-home technology complemented by a co-working lounge, flexible third spaces, and wellness amenities.

Located next to Geneo, it is a short walk to Kent Ridge MRT and close to key landmarks and nearby schools.

The development is slated to be BCA Green Mark Platinum certified. It is designed with water-efficient fittings to optimise water usage, blocks oriented to minimise heat exposure, and energy-efficient air conditioning systems.

The sales gallery is located next to 7 Science Park Drive and will open daily from 28 June  2025. Sales booking will start on 12 July 2025.

A NOTE FROM SINGAPORE BUSINESS REVIEW

If you've been wondering whether SBR could work for your company — yes, probably.

A lot of the companies we partner with started as readers. They'd been following our coverage for a while, saw their own customers and competitors in it, and eventually asked the obvious question: could we do something with you? The answer is usually yes. The shape of it depends on what you're trying to do.

The options are broader than most people assume — thought leadership articles, sponsored content, industry summits across Southeast Asia, regional awards programmes, podcasts, and media placements in print and digital. Some partners use one channel; most use a mix. We figure out the right combination by starting with your brief, not with our rate card.

So if the question has been on your mind, here's the easy way to ask it.

We'll tell you honestly whether we can help, and how. It's a better use of everyone's time.
