CapitaLand tops bid for Coronation Road site at $366m

It beat 11 bidders.

According to a release, the Urban Redevelopment Authority (URA) closed the tender for the residential site at Coronation Road today. The site at Coronation Road was launched for public tender on 28 March 2013. The site was offered for sale on a 99-year lease term. It has a site area of 37,440.7 m².

CapitaLand's subsidiary, Athens Residential Development Pte. Ltd., made the highest bid at $366,000,000m. This was followed by Astor Properties Pte. Ltd. with $313,333,333m bid. Table 1 shows the compelete list of the 12 bidders for the aforementioned site.
