Chart of the Day: 5 most popular HDB towns amongst Singaporean homebuyers

The top 5 HDB towns accounted for 37.4% of transactions in 2Q23.

Punggol emerged as the most popular HDB town amongst Singaporean homebuyers.

Data from Huttons showed that prices of 4-room flats in Punggol range from $465,000 to $746,888.

Other towns in the top five include Woodlands, Sengkang, Yishun and Bukit Batok.

Together the top five HDB towns accounted for  37.4% of transactions in 2Q23.

Prices of 4-room flats in each town range from $360,000 - $612,888, $430,00-$770,000, $385,000-$612,888, and $410,00-$784,000, respectively.
