Chart of the Day: Check out which region recorded the highest home sales in 2016

In December alone, OCR accounted 77% of sales.

According to PropNex Realty, Outside Central Region accounted for the bulk of private home sales in the past year.

For December 2016, Outside Central Region (OCR) accounted for 444 units sold, or 77%, with the balance in the Rest of Core Central Region (RCR) and Core Central Region (CCR).

However, comparing Y-O- Y, activities have picked up from 431 units sold in 2015 in CCR while 2016 saw 721 units exchanged hands in 2016.

It was in October when OCR sales accounted the most of sales at 83%. Meanwhile, in May, RCR sales outpaces those of OCR after recording 55% of overall sales.
