According to a release, to provide developers and home-buyers with more choices for private housing, the Urban Redevelopment Authority (URA) has released the residential site at Sturdee Road for sale last Friday.

The land parcel at Sturdee Road, which can yield 265 residential units, is made available for application for sale under the Reserve List of the 2nd half 2013 Government Land Sales (GLS) Programme.
