According to Savills Asian Cities Report, Orchard Road is one of the most expensive enclaves in Singapore, and has recently witnessed an injection of new homes.

As many as 4,000 luxury condominiums were completed over the past year, which constitutes about 7% of the total non-landed stock in the luxury market.
Of this, 16% or over 600 units remained unsold. This brings the total unsold stock in the prime segment to 12,855 units, comprising 731 completed units and 12,124 uncompleted units, half of which are launch-ready.
The completed luxury projects with the most unsold units were Reflections at Keppel Bay (276 units), Hilltops at Cairnhill Circle (203 units), Scotts Square (72 units), The Ritz Carlton Residences (39 units), Hamilton Scotts (36 units), The Marq on Paterson Hill (35 units), The Lumos (35 units) and The Trizon (35 units).
