Seven major private residential projects were completed in the first quarter, a report by Savills revealed. These projects yield a total of 1,973 units.

Two projects are located in the OCR, namely the 501-unit Hedges Park Condominium in Flora Drive and the 337-unit Woodhaven in Woodgrove Avenue.

Another two projects--the 180-unit Regent Residences in Serangoon Road and the 125-unit Cradels in Lorong Limau--are located in the RCR.

Three projects are located in the CCR, namely the 462-unit OUE Twin Peaks, the 248-unit RV Residences, and the 120-unit Stellar RV.
