City Developments to unveil 3 new condos in 1H13

According to OCBC, CDL sold 2,395 residential units in FY12, up 32% from 1,818 units in FY11. All five launches in 2012 had firm sell-through rates: The Rainforest - 100% sold; Bartley Residences – 100% sold; UP@Robertson Quay – 75% sold; HAUS@SERANGOON GARDEN – 99% sold; Echelon – 84% sold.
Four land sites close to MRT/LRT stations were acquired in FY12, and one more near Queenstown MRT in FY13 to date.
"Looking ahead to 1H13, we expect CDL to launch a 912-unit condo in Pasir Ris, another one along Bartley Rd (868 units) and one at Buangkok Drive (616 units)," OCBC said.
