Condo prices dip by 0.2% MoM in June
Year on year, overall rental prices increased by 2.5%.
Condo rental prices decreased by 0.2% month-on-month in June, with CCR and RCR seeing a decrease of 0.6% each, whilst OCR increased by 0.2%, according to 99.co and SRX report.
Year-on-year, overall rental prices increased by 2.5%. During the same period, CCR, RCR, and OCR increased by 2.4%, 2.8%, and 1.8%, respectively.
Rental volumes increased by 18.8% MoM as an estimated 6,674 units were rented during the month.
Meanwhile, HDB rental prices increased by 0.3% MoM. However, prices in Mature estates decreased by 0.2%, whilst those in Non-Mature estates increased by 0.8%.
The prices for 3-room, 4-room, and Executive flats increased by 0.1%, 0.3%, and 1.5%, respectively, whilst the price for 5-room flats decreased by 0.1%.
Overall rental prices increased by 2.8% YoY. Both Mature and Non-Mature Estate rental prices increased by 2.9% and 2.7%, respectively.
