Costliest DBSS flat in Ang Mo Kio nearly fetch $1 million in September

2 other units have been resold for over $900,000.

Three units at Ang Mo Kio estate have been resold last September, data from the HDB show. The most expensive was a 1,291 sq ft, five-room Design, Build and Sell Scheme (DBSS) flat which was sold for $980,000.

The record was previously held by a 1,302 sq ft, five-room flat at 310B Ang Mo Kio Avenue 1 that fetched $910,000 in September last year.

Completed in 2011, the new record holder is located at 588C Ang Mo Kio Street 52. It is within 500m from Ang Mo Kio MRT station and Ang Mo Kio Town Garden East.

The two other deals at Ang Mo Kio Estate which closed last month was a 1,302 sq ft flat at 310B Ang Mo Kio Avenue 1 ($910,000), and a 1,205 sg ft unit at 588A Ang Mo Kio Street 52 ($905,000).
