COTD: Landed transactions slightly dip in Q2

It is still above the past three-year quarterly average of 389 units.

The number of landed transactions fell slightly quarter-on-quarter to 427 units during the second quarter of the year, according to URA Realis caveat data.

This was against the 435 units sold in Q1 2025.

Although this is the second straight quarter of decline, the landed sales volume is still above the past three-year quarterly average of 389 units.
