Four-room HDB units dominate November resale market with 45% share

Prices for 3-room units saw the highest increase.

In November, 4-room HDB units were the most popular amongst buyers, accounting for 45% of the total resale volume, according to SRX and 99.co.

Five-room units followed at 25.3%, with 3-room units at 23.4%, and Executive units making up 6.4%.

Meanwhile, prices for all room types increased during the month. Three-room units recorded an 11.2% increase, followed by 4-room units (10.8%), 5-room units (9.2%), and Executive units (5.1%).
