Guess which condo sold the most number of units in December

Symphony Suites was the only project to hit the 50-unit mark in the month.

Condominium Symphony Suites sold 50 units for a median price of $1,027psf, making it the top seller for the month of December.

According to PropNex Realty, besides this, none of the projects crossed the 50 units mark.

Parc Riviera sold 44 units for a median price of $1,223 psf, whilst Parc Botannia sold 32 units for $1,283 psf.

Signature at Yishun EC sold 25 units for $761 psf. Colliers International said it is the best performing executive condominium (EC) project for the month.

The top five performer is Queens Peak in Rest of Central Region (RCR) which sold 24 units for $1,679 psf.
