HDB rental prices dip by 0.3% in June
While rental volume also decreased by 0.5%.
Prices for HDB units have decreased by 0.3% compared to the previous month, with an estimated 1,826 units rented last June.
According to SRX Property, HDB 3 Rooms and HDB 4 Rooms decrease by 1.3% and 0.3% respectively. HDB 5 Rooms and Executive rents posted a 0.3% and 0.2% increase, respectively.
Rents in June 2016 also decreased by 4.3% compared to June 2015, while rents are now down by 10.1% from their August 2013 peak.
Meanwhile, year-on-year rental volume has also decreased by 0.3% from June 2015.
