Ho Bee Land CEO Chua Wee-Chern has acquired 113,000 shares in the company through a market transaction.

The shares were purchased for a total of $200,010, or $1.77 each.

Following the transaction, Chua’s deemed interest increased to 3,305,000 shares, up from 3,192,000 previously.

His stake in the company now stands at 0.498%.
