Holland Road prime residential site for sale

The lone owner set a $110m asking price.

A prime freehold residential site in Holland Road has been put up for sale by tender, Edmund Tie & Company (SEA) Pte Ltd said.

According to a press release, the lone owner of the property set an asking price of $110m or $1,649 psf ppr.

The property has a site area of 4,427.7 sqm with a gross plot ratio of 1.4 under Master Plan 2014. The property has a high development baseline.

There is no development charge for redeveloping the site at Plot Ratio 1.4 and up to 10% bonus balcony area.

The site is 200 metres away from Holland Village MRT Station. It is near Holland Village Market & Food Centre, Holland Road Shopping Centre and Raffles Holland V.

ET&Co said, "Given its prime location at Holland Road, the property is ideal for a boutique residential development of up to 88 apartment units assuming an average apartment size of 70 sqm."

The tender will close on Thursday, 8 March 2018 at 12 noon.
