Landed home price growth slows to 1.9% in Q2 2024

For the year, prices will not see more than 6% gains.

The growth of landed home prices continued to ease in Q2 2024, with prices only rising by 1.9%.

Compared to Q1, the Q2 increase was lower by 0.7 percentage points.

"Landed home prices are trending towards stabilisation," said Huttons.

Hutons added that prices will see " not more than 6% gains in 2024."
