Lian Beng bags $162m contract for Martin Modern development

It will develop 450 condominium units.

Lian Beng wins a bid for a contract from Martin Modern Pte Ltd for the proposed condominium housing development comprising two blocks of 30-storey condominiums, with a total of 450 units.

According to KGI, the contract is worth around $162m.

The company expects positive financial impact on the net tangible assets per share and earnings per share of the group for their current financial year ending May 31, 2018.
