MCL Land and Sinarmas Land to launch Nava Grove

The private residential condominium features two-bedroom to five-bedroom units.

MCL Land and Sinarmas Land will launch a new private residential condominium in the Pine Grove enclave, Singapore.

The joint development project, Nava Grove (宁芳苑) will feature 552 residential units across three 24-storey towers on a site spanning approximately 270,000 square feet.

It is scheduled to be previewed on 2 November and launched on 16 November.

Slated to receive its Temporary Occupation Permit in 2028, prices at Nava Grove will start from $1,388,000 for a two-bedroom unit (624 sq ft), $2,188,000 for a three-bedroom unit (from 947 sq ft), $2,988,000 for a four-bedroom unit (1,335 sq ft), $3,468,000 for a four-bedroom dual-key unit (1,464 sq ft), and $3,988,000 for a five-bedroom unit with a private lift (1,722 sq ft).

The property is near Dover Forest and parks connected by the Rail Corridor and Ulu Pandan Park Connector.

It also features an infinity pool viewing the Clementi Forest, as well as a 50-meter lap pool and a children’s pool.

In addition, the condominium is also near educational institutions such as Henry Park Primary School, Pei Tong Primary School, Methodist Girls' School, Ngee Ann Polytechnic, Singapore Polytechnic, National University of Singapore, and Singapore University of Social Sciences.
