New home sales down 6.8% to 301 units in February

A total of 129 ECs were also sold.

Developers sold a total of 301 new non-landed residential units in February, according to latest statistics from the Urban Redevelopment Authority (URA).

This is down 6.8% from 323 units sold in January. Including executive condominiums (ECs), developers sold a total of 430 units. This is lower than the 479 units sold in January and 455 units sold in February last year.

Among the bestsellers are Kingsford Waterbay and The Panorama, which both sold 18 units.

A total of 209 units were launched for last month.
