New home sales surged 83% to 1,124 units in April

Thanks to North Park and Botanique at Bartley.

Developers sold 1,124 new residential units in April, an almost twofold increase from the 624 units sold in March.

The best sellers were North Park Residences and Botanique at Bartley.

UOL's Botanique, located in Upper Paya Lebar Road, sold a total of 254 units at a median price of $1,290 psf.

North Park Residences in Yishun Central 1 sold a whopping 486 units at a median price of 1,374 psf.

Including ECs, developers sold a total of 1,218 units.
