Only these 2 big-time projects attracted homebuyers in CCR

64 units were transacted overall.

According to Colliers International, indicating developers’ cautious stance, only a handful of smallish residential projects were rolled out in the CCR in the opening quarter of 2013.

Most of these freehold launches met with lukewarm response from homebuyers, with the exception of the 92-unit Robin Suites and the 45-unit Oxley Edge.

Here's more from Colliers International:

Robin Suites, sited along Robin Road, was fully-launched by Robin25 Pte Ltd. This project saw 28 units change hands in 1Q 2013 at prices ranging between $2,401 and $2,715 per sq ft.

Oxley Edge was fully-launched in March by Oxley Mosaic Pte Ltd, a subsidiary of Oxley Holdings. The developer sold 36 units in this mixed retail and residential development located along River Valley Road at prices ranging from $1,889 to $2,283 per sq ft by the month it was launched.

A NOTE FROM SINGAPORE BUSINESS REVIEW

If you've been wondering whether SBR could work for your company — yes, probably.

A lot of the companies we partner with started as readers. They'd been following our coverage for a while, saw their own customers and competitors in it, and eventually asked the obvious question: could we do something with you? The answer is usually yes. The shape of it depends on what you're trying to do.

The options are broader than most people assume — thought leadership articles, sponsored content, industry summits across Southeast Asia, regional awards programmes, podcasts, and media placements in print and digital. Some partners use one channel; most use a mix. We figure out the right combination by starting with your brief, not with our rate card.

So if the question has been on your mind, here's the easy way to ask it.

We'll tell you honestly whether we can help, and how. It's a better use of everyone's time.
