The Orie to launch sales bookings on 18 January

Prices for the units start at $1.28m.

The Orie in Toa Payoh commenced a three-day property preview on 3 January, drawing 8,000 visitors.

Its developers, City Developments Ltd (CDL), Frasers Property, and Sekisui House, will launch official sales bookings on 18 January.

The sales gallery for The Orie is located along Toa Payoh West, near Caldecott MRT Station.

The 777-unit condominium will offer units starting at $1.28m for a 517 sq ft one-bedroom plus study. 

A 592 sq ft two-bedroom unit is priced at $1.48m, while an 850 sq ft three-bedder costs $2.09m. Meanwhile, a 1,216 sq ft four-bedder and a 1,453 sq ft five-bedder are priced at $2.92m and $3.48m, respectively.
