Over 40% of The Robertson Opus units sold on launch weekend

Average selling price of units was $3,360 per square foot.

A total of 143 units of The Robertson Opus were sold on its launch weekend, representing 41% of its 348 residential units, according to Frasers Property Limited and Sekisui House.

This makes The Robertson Opus, a 999-year luxury residential development in District 9, one of the best-selling launches in the Core Central Region since 2022.

The units were sold at an average price of $3,360 per square foot, and there was a demand across all the unit types, with the three-bedroom and four-bedroom premium units under the Legacy Collection being the most popular and almost sold out. 

The buyers were comprised of affluent professionals purchasing for their residence or investment.

According to Frasers and Sekisui, 83% of the buyers were Singaporeans, 16% were Permanent Residents primarily from China and Indonesia, and 1% were foreigners from the USA and Switzerland.

The estimated temporary occupation permit for the project is in the first half of 2029.
