Parc Clematis to open for preview on 17 August

A one-bedroom unit costs at least $1,550 psf.

Real estate company SingHaiyi Group Ltd. will commence preview of Parc Clematis, its largest project to date, in a sales gallery on August 17.

SingHaiyi considers Park Clematis to be their first mega private residential launch in Clementi in three and a half years, with nine 24-storey buildings with 1,468 units standing on a 633,639 sqft site.

The units fall under four design series: the Contemporary series with 750 units catering to singles, working professionals, couples, and young families; the Elegance Series with 516 units for larger families; the Signature series; and the Masterpiece series designed as an exclusive resort.

The Masterpiece series is divided into two zones: the Terrace comprising two clusters each with six strata terraces with two in the corner, and the Bungalow series with six two-storey units with a basement and a private strata parking lot. It also includes 50 m lap pools and private gardens.

A one-bedroom unit cost at least $1,550 psf. Two- and three-bedroom units are priced at least $1,540 psf and $1,530 psf. Residential units range from 452 sqft to 2,669 sqft, the size of its largest five-bedroom Penthouse unit.

The towers occupy 20% of the site, with the rest used for recreational spaces and communal facilities classified under RELAX+, RELAX, BALANCE, ACTIVE, and ACTIVE+. These include dining pavilions, communal study/working lounges, entertainment and game rooms, playgrounds, and laundry pavilions.

The property is also situated near the Clementi MRT Station and Clementi Bus Interchange. It will also have a one-year free shuttle bus service to nearby stations.

According to Celine Tang, group managing director of SingHaiyi, the project was named after the Clematis aristata, a flower "associated with ingenuity and artistry." This is also the third of the company's flower series residential projects.

The people you want to reach are already in this room.

Every quarter, SBR lands on the desks of the founders, CFOs, and directors running Asia's most consequential companies. Every day, they open our newsletter and read our website. It's a room that took twenty years to build — and it's the one most of our partners are trying to get into.

The good news is that the door is open. We work with companies on thought leadership articles, sponsored content, industry summits across Southeast Asia, regional awards programmes, podcasts, and media placements in print and digital. The shape of the right partnership depends on what you're trying to do, which is why we'd rather start with a conversation than send a rate card.

If you have something this room should know about, tell us. We'll tell you honestly whether we can help, and how.

No rate cards until we understand the brief. It's a better use of everyone's time.
