PARKTOWN Residence in Tampines sold over 87% or 1,041 of the 1,193 units during its weekend launch.

“The average price for the sold units is $2,360 per square foot,” Anson Lim, UOL General Manager for Residential Marketing, said.

The majority of the buyers were Singaporeans purchasing for their stay and investment.
