Property Guru lists on the NYSE

The group listed after it raised $345.1m with Bridgetown 2.

Southeast Asian property technology company, PropertyGuru, commenced trading on the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE) on 18 March under 'PGRU'. To mark its public debut, PropertyGuru held concurrent events in New York and Singapore to celebrate the milestone with the company's 'gurus' and partners from its Southeast Asian markets.

CEO Hari V. Krishnan said, "Our successful listing on the NYSE will allow us to open more doors for the millions of residents looking for that perfect home or property investment across Southeast Asia." He added a tremendous opportunity is ahead of them, given more affluent and digitally-enabled populations entering the real estate market.

Property Guru had raised $345.1m (US$254m) via public listing after completion of the business combination with Bridgetown 2. The group said it will provide greater access to global financial markets to help support continued growth.
