According to the Ministry of National Development, supply of public rental flats to increase by 20% to 60,000 flats. The Government will also continue to be flexible with the criteria and consider each application on a case by case basis.

Continue to provide support for low-income families in achieving their goals of home ownership through the provision of grants like the Additional and Special CPF Housing Grant.

MND works with several other agencies in extending other forms of help for vulnerable families besides the provision of housing needs as well.
