Savills Singapore launches 239-unit Jesselton Courtyard in Penang

The Penang homes feature courtyards and multi-generational layouts.

Savills Singapore has launched Jesselton Courtyard at Jesselton Selatan in Penang’s sought-after Jesselton district.

Developed by Berjaya Land Development, the 11.9-acre project comprises 239 units, including four-storey zero-lot Courtyard Homes and 1.5–2-storey Courtyard Villas, with building heights capped at five levels.

Heritage-inspired designs feature courtyards, dual-key layouts, multi-generational-friendly plans, and four to six parking spaces per unit. Amenities include swimming pools, fitness zones, landscaped communal areas, and function halls.

“Jesselton offers Singapore buyers a rare opportunity to acquire a landed-style home in a tightly held address, combining lifestyle appeal with long-term investment potential,” said Ruben Koh, Senior Director, International Residential Sales, Savills Singapore.

The Launch Event will be held on 17–18 January 2026 at 11 a.m – 6 p.m., Voco Orchard Hotel, Singapore Room.

A NOTE FROM SINGAPORE BUSINESS REVIEW

The people you want to reach are already in this room.

Every quarter, SBR lands on the desks of the founders, CFOs, and directors running Asia's most consequential companies. Every day, they open our newsletter and read our website. It's a room that took twenty years to build — and it's the one most of our partners are trying to get into.

The good news is that the door is open. We work with companies on thought leadership articles, sponsored content, industry summits across Southeast Asia, regional awards programmes, podcasts, and media placements in print and digital. The shape of the right partnership depends on what you're trying to do, which is why we'd rather start with a conversation than send a rate card.

If you have something this room should know about, tell us. We'll tell you honestly whether we can help, and how.

No rate cards until we understand the brief. It's a better use of everyone's time.
