Spring Hill homes in the UK to go up for sale this weekend

The project offers an English countryside lifestyle with access to central London.

Savills is set to open the previews for the Spring Hill residential development in Berkshire, England this weekend.

Savills said Spring Hill’s one- to five-bedroom houses will be up for sale at the Berkeley Singapore office on 22-23 June, presenting an opportunity for Singapore investors to have a first look at the development ahead of its official launch in the UK.

Spring Hill is a collection of one- to three-bedroom apartments and three- to five-bedroom houses in the town of Maidenhead, Berkshire, southeastern part of England.

Savills said the location features 3.2 acres of landscaped greenery and offers an English countryside lifestyle with easy access to central London.

“With young families looking for a more affordable home out of London and their first foray onto the property ladder, investors looking at diversifying their portfolios may do well with demand from such buyers in the future,” said Ruben Koh, Senior Director, Head of International Residential Sales at Savills Singapore.

A NOTE FROM SINGAPORE BUSINESS REVIEW

The people you want to reach are already in this room.

Every quarter, SBR lands on the desks of the founders, CFOs, and directors running Asia's most consequential companies. Every day, they open our newsletter and read our website. It's a room that took twenty years to build — and it's the one most of our partners are trying to get into.

The good news is that the door is open. We work with companies on thought leadership articles, sponsored content, industry summits across Southeast Asia, regional awards programmes, podcasts, and media placements in print and digital. The shape of the right partnership depends on what you're trying to do, which is why we'd rather start with a conversation than send a rate card.

If you have something this room should know about, tell us. We'll tell you honestly whether we can help, and how.

No rate cards until we understand the brief. It's a better use of everyone's time.
