Suburban leasehold condos logs decade-high price growth: Savills
The top five private residential projects recorded price appreciation of 50% to 60%.
High Park Residences, Botanique At Bartley, Forest Woods, Artra, and The Clement Canopy recorded the highest price appreciation of 50% to 60% over the past decade, according to Savills.
All five developments are 99-year leasehold properties, mostly comprising apartments and condominiums. Each has between 501 and 1,000 units, except for Artra, which is a mid-sized project with 201–500 units. High Park Residences is the only one that includes both apartments and houses.
High Park Residences saw the greatest increase in value, with a 59% appreciation. Its average resale price per square foot (psf) in H2 2024 was $1,575.15, up from its launch average of $989.86 psf.
Botanique At Bartley followed with a nearly 47% increase, whilst Forest Woods came in third at around 43%. Artra and The Clement Canopy rounded out the list with 42.53% and 41.84% growth, respectively.
