Thailand's MQDC debuts The Forestias at Singapore Property Xpo 2025
The project carries a development value of approximately $4.9b (THB125b).
Thailand’s Magnolia Quality Development Corporation Limited (MQDC) made its debut at Singapore Property Xpo 2025 last month, The Forestias, as part of a new strategic partnership with PropNex International, a subsidiary of Singapore’s largest real estate agency.
The event, held at Marina Bay Sands on 17-18 May, marked MQDC’s first participation at Singapore’s premier property exhibition, the company said.
The Forestias, located in Bangkok’s Bangna district, features a mixed-use master plan that integrates residential, commercial, and green spaces over 157 acres. The project carries a development value of approximately $4.9b (THB125b) and dedicates 56% of its area to forest and green spaces.
Bangna, situated near Suvarnabhumi Airport, is being positioned as Bangkok’s new central business district and gateway to Thailand’s Eastern Economic Corridor (EEC), a key national initiative to attract international investment.
According to MQDC, Singapore’s largest foreign investment groups have committed approximately $1.7b (THB42.5b) to the EEC.
The Forestias includes a range of high-end residential offerings. Whizdom The Forestias features three high-rise towers—Destinia, Mytopia, and Petopia—designed for modern vertical living integrated with natural surroundings.
Mulberry Grove The Forestias offers multi-generational villas and condominiums aimed at fostering family cohesion, whilst the Six Senses Residences The Forestias features 27 luxury villas with access to Six Senses hotel amenities, designed by British architecture firm Foster + Partners.
