Union Square Residences by CDL sees 75 units sold on launch day

Union Square Residences by City Developments Limited (CDL) sold 75 of  366 units on launch day.

Amongst the units taken was one of the two Sky Suites, valued at $9.3b.

The average selling price (ASP) of sold units was about $3,200 per square foot (psf).

One-bedroom, two-bedroom, and three-bedroom premium units were the most popular amongst launch day buyers.

Launch day buyers comprised 83% Singaporeans and 17% Permanent Residents from China, Malaysia, the UK, and the Netherlands, and foreigners from Norway and the USA.
