A developer committed a bidding price of $379.99m.

The Urban Redevelopment Authority (URA) launched the residential site at West Coast Vale for sale by public tender.

According to a press release, URA received an application from a developer for the site to be put up for public tender. The developer committed to a bid price of not less than $379.99m in the tender for the site.

The site, zoned for residential use, has an area of 19,591.5 sqm and maximum gross floor area (GFA) of 54,857 sqm. It can yield up to 730 units.

The site was available for sale on the Reserve List of the second half 2017 Government Land Sales (GLS) Programme.

The tender for the land parcel will close at 12 noon on 30 January 2018, together with two residential sites at Handy Road and Chong Kuo Road and HDB’s Executive Condominium site at Sumang Walk.

A NOTE FROM SINGAPORE BUSINESS REVIEW

The people you want to reach are already in this room.

Every quarter, SBR lands on the desks of the founders, CFOs, and directors running Asia's most consequential companies. Every day, they open our newsletter and read our website. It's a room that took twenty years to build — and it's the one most of our partners are trying to get into.

The good news is that the door is open. We work with companies on thought leadership articles, sponsored content, industry summits across Southeast Asia, regional awards programmes, podcasts, and media placements in print and digital. The shape of the right partnership depends on what you're trying to do, which is why we'd rather start with a conversation than send a rate card.

If you have something this room should know about, tell us. We'll tell you honestly whether we can help, and how.

No rate cards until we understand the brief. It's a better use of everyone's time.
