URA launches three residential sites for sale

These form part of the 5,030 residential units in the H1 2025 GLS programme.

The Urban Redevelopment Authority launched three residential sites for sale today under the first half of the 2025 Government Land Sales (GLS) Programme.

The sites at Dorset Road, Upper Thomson Road, and Telok Blangah Road can potentially yield about 425, 595, and 745 residential units, respectively.

These form part of the 5,030 residential units to be released via the Confirmed List of the H1 2025 GLS programme.

An additional 725 private residential units will be launched via the H2 2025 Confirmed List, bringing the total Confirmed List supply for 2025 close to 10,000 units.

The tenders for the Dorset Road, Upper Thomson Road, and Telok Blangah Road sites will close at 12 noon on 9 October 2025, 23 October 2025, and 4 November 2025, respectively.

A NOTE FROM SINGAPORE BUSINESS REVIEW

If you've been wondering whether SBR could work for your company — yes, probably.

A lot of the companies we partner with started as readers. They'd been following our coverage for a while, saw their own customers and competitors in it, and eventually asked the obvious question: could we do something with you? The answer is usually yes. The shape of it depends on what you're trying to do.

The options are broader than most people assume — thought leadership articles, sponsored content, industry summits across Southeast Asia, regional awards programmes, podcasts, and media placements in print and digital. Some partners use one channel; most use a mix. We figure out the right combination by starting with your brief, not with our rate card.

So if the question has been on your mind, here's the easy way to ask it.

We'll tell you honestly whether we can help, and how. It's a better use of everyone's time.
