Which development led private home sales in August?

286 units were sold for $1,309 psf.

Le Quest, a mixed development at Bukit Batok, topped private homes sales in August with 286 units sold.

According to PropNex Realty, Le Quest launched in August and units sold for $1,309 psf.

This was followed by Sol Acres Executive Condominiums with 66 units sold for $812 psf.

The third best seller is Symphony Suites with 59 units for $1,071 psf.

Commonwealth Towers, the sole best-seller in the Rest of Central Region (RCR), ranked fourth with 56 units sold at $1,662 psf.

INZ Residences followed with 55 units sold at $814 psf.

According to PropNex Realty chief executive officer Ismail Gafoor, "We have seen greater demand for existing projects, with healthy activities and pick-up rates across the island. This is reflected by August’s top five performance, four of which are existing projects which sold for than 50 units each.”
