Consortium secures prime River Valley Green residential site in URA land tender

Massive total gross floor area will support a significant volume of new inner-city housing stock.

The Urban Redevelopment Authority (URA) has awarded the tender for the site at River Valley Green Parcel C to SMCL Haven 3 Pte. Ltd. and CSC Land Group (Singapore) Pte. Ltd.

Authorities earlier said that River Valley Green Parcel C drew four bids, with the top offer at $1,730 per square feet per plot ratio.

According to URA, the consortium was the highest tenderer for the site. The joint venture has also said that it submitted the top bid of $750.6m for the property.

The site at River Valley Green Parcel C was launched for tender on 9 April, which closed on 18 June. It was offered for sale on a 99-year lease term.

Spanning 11,516 square metres, this site supports up to 40,306 square meters of gross floor area for residential development.

The people you want to reach are already in this room.

Every quarter, SBR lands on the desks of the founders, CFOs, and directors running Asia's most consequential companies. Every day, they open our newsletter and read our website. It's a room that took twenty years to build — and it's the one most of our partners are trying to get into.

The good news is that the door is open. We work with companies on thought leadership articles, sponsored content, industry summits across Southeast Asia, regional awards programmes, podcasts, and media placements in print and digital. The shape of the right partnership depends on what you're trying to do, which is why we'd rather start with a conversation than send a rate card.

If you have something this room should know about, tell us. We'll tell you honestly whether we can help, and how.

No rate cards until we understand the brief. It's a better use of everyone's time.
