Wing Tai sells 88% of River Green units on launch weekend

The average selling price was $3,130 per square foot.

A total of 460 units of Wing Tai Holdings Limited’s River Green project were sold on its launch weekend, representing 88% of its total 524 residential units.

Wing Tai said the average selling price of the units was $3,130 per square foot. 

Around 98% of the buyers were Singaporeans and permanent residents.

River Green is a residential development located in District 9. According to Wing Tai, upon completion in 2030, residents of River Green will enjoy seamless access to Great World MRT Station and Great World Mall.
