Mermaid Maritime appoints new independent director

The appointment took effect on 20 November.

Mermaid Maritime Public Company Limited has appointed Michel Lefebvre to the Board Committee and as Lead Independent Director, effective 20 November.

Lefebvre, the newly Independent Director of the Company, has been appointed as a member of each of the Audit Committee, Nomination Committee, Remuneration Committee and the Risk Management Committee and shall be the Lead Independent Director.

Previously, Lefebvre was a volunteer advisor for SEM 24 Perigold Energies and for Toitures Solaires du Perigord

He is currently volunteer chairman of Juristic Person Condominium, Le Raffine Jambunuda Sukhumvit 31.
