Sembcorp Marine uses remaining net cash proceeds from rights issue

A total of $0.16b remains from the $0.6b net cash proceeds.

Sembcorp Marine Ltd. announced today via a press release that the remaining net cash proceeds from its 2020 rights issue. 

Originally, a total of $0.6b  was available, with $0.16b currently remaining unused. 

The breakdown of the utilization of the remaining $0.16b is spread out between payment for materials and equipment, subcontractors’ labour services, employees’ payroll expenses. These would be divided at $58m, $66m and $36m respectively. 

With the accomplishment of these, the company utilised all of the $0.6b net cash proceeds.
