H2G Green prices 3 million new shares at $0.04 apiece

Trading of the new shares is expected to commence on or before 10 March.

H2G Green has allotted and issued 3 million new shares at $0.04 apiece on 6 March.

This issuance brings the total issued and paid-up share capital of H2G has increased from 1,451,968,092 shares to 1,454,968,092 shares.

The 3,000,000 new shares are expected to be listed and quoted on the Catalist Board of Singapore Exchange Securities Trading Limited (SGX-ST) on or around 10 March 2025.

Trading of the new shares is expected to commence with effect from 9.00 a.m. on the same date.
